Long before online shopping was popular we have provided our clients with the convenience of secure online ordering. There are a few key factors that require clarification regarding our online services before you place your order with us. Here are a few rules, comments and guidelines to understand our online store.

• Each one of our bagged products will weigh approx 1.22 lbs or more - You will not be short changed or short ordered. Weighing your bag's upon arrival with a calibrated scale will verify this!
• We will not ship product to you that is un-fresh, spoiled or un-sanitary. To insure our shipments arrive properly, we use multiple cold packs and an insulated shipping container. Cold packs are heavy by design and add weight to your shipment this cannot be avoided.
• Shipment to areas outside Florida can be costly! Our product will arrive in the same fresh cut condition but will often require shipment by air freight adding to shipping costs.
• We do not charge a "Handling Fee" if your local or out -of- state shipment will exceed any quoted shipping fees we will notify you prior to shipping or processing your credit card to receive verbal or written approval.
• Credit card charges may not appear on your statement the same month as product shipment. If this happens it is most often due to a backlog of order processing. Yes, we want your money but we can get very busy.
• If you are a local vendor of our products you will pay the "same" as online customers for each product offered. These charges however will not include shipping costs. High volume clients under contract may arrange for free delivery within our delivery area.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard and Check - At this time we do not accept American Express or Discover Card
• Your shipment should arrive in perfect condition. If your shipment arrives in a condition that is not acceptable call us at once! Proper care and handling of our products upon arrival is your responsibility! Fresh Wheatgrass must be refrigerated, but never frozen. 34' to 40' is the optimum storage. If stored under perfect conditions all products should be consumed or discarded within 7-10 days. All shipments come in an insulated shipping container with ice packs. We always leave our packaging slightly opened for shipping, this allows natural gases to escape the package and avoid oxidation.
